Richmond Hearing Aids has a New Team

Richmond Hearing Aids is excited for the debut our new team, Randy Whitlow, Dr. Karasa Wilson-Scott and Jennifer Williams. Together they will provide complete care and expertise to make testing for, choosing and using hearing aids a simple and worry-free process.

Randy Whitlow has been a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist since 1999. He has a great deal is experience in diagnosing the hearing needs of his patients, specifically the fitting and programming of digital hearing instruments. As the quality and technological level of the hearing instruments have progressed throughout the years, Randy continues to strive to increase his expertise as well.

Karasa Wilson-Scott received her Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree from Salus University in 2010 and Master’s degree in audiology from the University of Akron in 2002. She has been practicing audiology in Virginia in an ENT setting since 2003. She is dually licensed as an Audiologist and a Hearing Instrument Specialist and is A Fellow in the American Academy of Audiology. She has a special interest in tinnitus.

Jennifer Williams is our Audiologist Assistant. You will see her friendly face and bright smile if you should need a hearing test or help with your hearing aid needs. She has two years of experience in the field and loves helping patients achieve their hearing healthcare goals!

Walk-in Appointments

In order to better serve your needs, we are now offering walk-in appointments on Wednesday mornings from 10:00-11:30am. During this time, we will see patients on a first-come, first-serve basis. No appointment is necessary. These visits are intended for simple hearing aid adjustments and to provide additional supplies. Please call us ahead of time to schedule any other appointments.
